From the very beginning, our family has remained focused on producing wholesome products for customers across the country. The Rockin’ LH Asparagus Farm began producing asparagus in 1981. Long hours in the test kitchen led to the development of our pickled asparagus and the bloody mary mix. It wasn’t long until we grew beyond our agricultural roots and created Ben Jack Larado’s Gourmet Foods. Located in the heart of the mid-west, Ben Jack Larado’s Gourmet Foods is well equipped to serve the needs of our retail, foodservice, ecommerce, and export customers.
